The Dry January Adventure in partnership with Three Birds Yoga Studio is annual a 31-day online, self-paced program offers a supportive alcohol-free community, providing tools and guidance to help you rethink your relationship with alcohol.
The Dry January Adventure is here to help you reset, recharge, and experience what life feels like without alcohol. By joining us, you'll gain valuable insights, build supportive habits, and create lasting positive change.
Trust us—this journey is so worth it!
Open to all—whether you're “sober curious” and looking to explore your relationship with alcohol or your looking for a full reset. Participate through our private group held on Momence at your own pace, and connect with others on a similar journey.
During these 31 days, I will share with you:
👉My alcohol-free toolbox, which includes mini science lessons and concrete research on the effects of alcohol.
👉 On-demand access to yoga, meditation and breath work which will provide coping mechanisms to relieve stress and calm your nervous system.
👉 Daily tips, tools and encouragement to overcome cravings and triggers and give you the opportunity to feel like your best self.
👉A kick off meeting in person at Three Birds Yoga Studio, with mocktails!
👉 Every following Friday (Jan 10th, 17th, 24th), from 6p -7:30p come together for a Live, Virtual meeting.
👉 Closing celebration at Three Birds Yoga Studio will be held in-person
